In the reverse osmosis (RO) pretreatment system, processes including sand filtration, ultrafiltration, activated carbon filtration, softening, fine filtration and sterilization require optimized design of their respective operation modes and parameters. In addition, the optimal sequence arrangement among these processes is also critical.

During the cleaning, passivation and disinfection of the pipes, the ultraviolet lamp, the filter medium of the sterile filter and the breather shall not be installed.

To facilitate the disassembly, replacement, and cleaning of parts, the design of the actuator shall adopt standardized, universalized, and systematized parts as much as possible.
