The raw water pressure shall meet the pressure requirement from the pretreatment unit to the front of the RO reverse osmosis system, and necessary valves, check valves, pressure gauges and pipelines shall be configured.

5. The mechanical filter has a filtration flow rate of 20m³/h, a flow velocity of 8m/s, is made of SUS304, and is equipped with a flat 304 stainless steel water distributor. The outlet water quality requirements: SDI (Silt Density Index) < 5, turbidity < 1NTU, meeting the reverse osmosis inlet water requirements. The control valve is recommended to adopt Taiwan KSD or other brands of the same grade. An SDI detection device is configured at the outlet end of the mechanical filter.

6. Backwashing is controlled by frequency conversion of the raw water pump, and air scrubbing is assisted with 0.6kg/cm² compressed air during backwashing.

7. The activated carbon filter is made of SUS304 and equipped with a flat 304 stainless steel water distributor.

8. The activated carbon filter is filled with granular activated carbon (coconut shell) with a flow velocity of 12m/s. The iodine value of activated carbon is 1000, and the residual chlorine in the effluent after treatment is less than 0.1ppm. (Provide detection method).

9. The activated carbon filter can withstand hot water disinfection, and the regeneration of activated carbon is realized by regular pasteurization.

10. The hot water for pasteurization is realized through a plate heat exchanger, and at the same time, the inlet water temperature of RO is maintained not less than 25℃ through the plate heat exchanger. Pasteurization shall be realized for the raw water tank and activated carbon tank of the pretreatment system. The steam proportional valve adopts German Siemens or equivalent brand. Jiumao PT100 temperature probe is used.

11. The backwashing and forward washing time of the activated carbon filter is adjustable.

13. A water softener regeneration device (brine storage tank, corrosion-resistant pump, etc.) is configured to realize that when one water softener is regenerated, the other can continue to operate.

14. A 5μm precision filter is set after the water softener to remove impurities in the pretreatment water. The precision filter adopts a SUS304 filter cartridge, with pressure gauges installed at the inlet and outlet, and emptying and drainage settings.

15. The reverse osmosis system includes a buffer storage tank, booster pump, security filter, first-stage high-pressure pump, first-stage reverse osmosis device, PH value adjustment device (CO2 degassing or NaOH dosing device), second-stage high-pressure pump, second-stage reverse osmosis device, and reverse osmosis cleaning device, etc. (Provide flow chart).

The reverse osmosis membrane shell adopts a well-known domestic brand, sanitary grade 304 stainless steel, with low-point discharge. American Hydranautics or Dow reverse osmosis membranes are used.

16. CIP cleaning system: volume 1m³, material SUS304, equipped with breather and cleaning ball, automatic liquid level control. When the water production of the RO system decreases, it can realize automatic cleaning and disinfection (acid washing, alkali washing, etc.) of the RO system.

17. The security filter is used to protect the reverse osmosis membrane pores from being blocked. It adopts a SUS304 filter cartridge, with pressure gauges installed at the inlet and outlet, and emptying and drainage settings. The installation position shall be convenient for disassembly and installation, and 40-inch 5μm microporous filter elements are adopted.

19. NaOH solution is added before the second-stage reverse osmosis high-pressure pump for PH value adjustment, and the dosing system is equipped with a chemical liquid tank, hoses, etc.

20. When the reverse osmosis device stops running, there is an automatic flushing setting for 3~5 minutes.

21. The reverse osmosis unit shall be equipped with online conductivity meter, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flow meter, online PH detector, pressure gauge and other instruments. Conductivity and PH meters adopt GF or Burkert brand, Jiumao temperature sensor, and GEMS pressure sensor.

22. The high-pressure pump adopts Grundfos (or other brands of the same grade) vertical multistage centrifugal pump, with mechanical seal, and the pump body is made of SUS304.

23. The process system is equipped with a self-circulation pipeline. When the liquid level of the purified water tank is high, an alarm is given, and it automatically switches to the circulation pipeline for operation to ensure no stagnant water exists. Sanitary sampling ports are set at both the water inlet and outlet.

24. The purified water storage tank has a volume of 10m³ and is made of SUS316L. The tank accessories include: manhole, breather, spray ball, conductivity meter, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor (with liquid level display).

25. The purified water storage tank serves as a use point of the local circulation pipe network, which can realize local small circulation and independent control.

26. The breather can withstand high-temperature disinfection, and the hydrophobic filter element is easy to replace.

27. The distribution pump adopts Grundfos, the mechanical seal is of high-temperature resistant type, and frequency conversion control is adopted to maintain the minimum flow rate in the pipeline not less than 1m/s. The return water port is equipped with flow and conductivity meters.

29. The return water heating heat exchanger adopts a double-tube sheet shell-and-tube heat exchanger. The material in contact with purified water is 316L, and the rest is 304. To prevent steam pollution of purified water in case of leakage, the heat exchanger shall be installed obliquely (or vertically) to facilitate draining accumulated water.

30. The water supply pipe network is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can withstand hot water disinfection. The sterilization lamp is equipped with intensity alarm and service time counting functions, and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is installed at the return water end with constant water volume.

31. The noise level of the purified water system shall be as low as possible, and the noise 1 meter around the equipment shall not exceed 85 decibels.
