4. The length of the blowdown pipe shall be less than 6 meters, no valve shall be installed on the pipe, and the outlet shall not be higher than the valve body, with an open terminal to avoid siphonage.
5. Adjust the controller station to be consistent with the flat valve station.
6. Keep the equipment clean, wipe it frequently, and ensure there is no water on the outside of the equipment.
When the fully automatic softened water treatment equipment is not in use for a long time:
1. It is necessary to drain all the salt water in the exchange tank and salt tank, and add emulsified oil to each valve to prevent rusting.
2. In summer, the startup time shall be increased to 1 to 2 hours to prevent the resin in the exchange tank from mildewing and generating bacteria and microorganisms.
3. Clean the salt tank and unscrew the blowdown valve at the bottom of the salt tank to drain and rinse. Iodized salt shall not be used, and calcium-added salt shall be used as the regenerant.
4. It is necessary to prevent freezing, drying and mildew.
5. When the fully automatic softened water treatment equipment is in operation, power and water supply shall be provided simultaneously; when it stops working, power and water supply shall be cut off. Remember: power must be cut off before maintenance and operation.
